Lampung (beritaindonet.com): Husni Mubarok, ketua umum Himpunan Mahasiswa Islam (HMI) Cabang Bandar Lampung memberikan reaksi atas penyampaian Calon presiden nomor urut 01/ Jokowi yang mengatakan dalam pemerintahannya mengerjakan proyek infrastruktur tidak pernah terkendala masalah apapun, temasuk pernyataan Jokowi atas pembelian tanah masyarakat dengan harga yang cukup tinggi yang membuat tidak ada konflik.

Husni Mubarok mengatakan tidak setuju atas penyampaian Calon presiden nomor urut 01 itu, HMI akan menunjukkan fakta-fakta nyata yang akan diwujudkan dalam bentuk aksi turun ke jalan.

Mubarok juga menyoroti surat tanah milik salah satu calon penerima ganti rugi atas nama Suwardi Ibahim sangat jelas berdasar, namun panitia pengadaan tanah masih belum membayarnya.

“Saya sering baca di media, sudah jelas ada surat tanah mereka, masih terkesan dipersulit, ini tidak lagi sekedar menyangkut harga, bahkan dugaan rencana penghilangan hak seseorang, penindasan hak semacam ini harus diperhatikan, keadilan harus didapatkan” ujar sang pelopor muda ini.  

Ketua umum HMI yang terpilih secara aklamasi ini berjanji akan mendorong tuntas penanganan masalah tanah di Provinsi Lampung, karena masalah besar di Lampung merupakan masalah tanah yang sering dipermainkan.

“Kami akan lakukan aksi, sudah dipersiapkan, untuk mengungkap fakta masalah ganti rugi tanah untuk kepentingan pemerintah, “ ujar Mubarok.

Seperti diketahui, pada Debat Capres di Hotel Sultan, Jakarta, Minggu (17/2/2019), Calon presiden nomor urut 01, Jokowi, mengatakan dalam mengerjakan proyek infrastruktur tidak pernah terkendala masalah apapaun. Hal tersebut lantaran pemerintah membeli tanah masyarakat dengan harga yang cukup tinggi sehingga tidak ada konflik saat proses pembangunan infrastruktur.

“Untuk ganti rugi dalam 4,5 tahun tidak terjadi konflik pembebeasan lahan infrastruktur karena tidak ada ganti rugi karena yang ada ganti untung,” ujar Jokowi di Hotel Sultan, Jakarta, Minggu (17/2/2019).

Menurut Jokowi, pembangunan 191 ribu kilometer jalan itu untuk rakyat. Jokowi juga mengatakan akan menambah porsi angka ganti rugi dari yang sebelumnya hanya 2-3 persen menjadi 4 persen pada tahun mendatang. “Kenapa, itu yang saya perintahkan supaya porsi pembebasan jalan diperbesar.” Debat kedua calon presiden (capres) 2019 berlangsung cukup panas. Capres nomor urut 01, Joko Widodo dan capres nomor urut 02, Prabowo Subianto kerap saling menyerang satu sama lain. (R1.1)
